ONSIDE SPORTS – SHIPPING, DAMAGED GOODS, EXCHANGE and REFUND POLICY

 

SHIPPING - DELIVERY TIMES (working days)

  • Stock Lines - Local and Instore Pick Up - 1-2 Days
  • Stock Lines - Eastern States Metro - 4-5 Days
  • Teamwear Items may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
  • Express delivery can be requested. Extra charges will apply
  • Extra charges may apply for re-delivery of goods *** Ideally, we would prefer you to provide us with your office/work address 


HOW TO APPLY FOR DAMAGED GOODS

  • Multiple Photos of Damaged part of product
  • Photo of inside Label i.e. White square/tag with information about sizing, product code, etc *Clearly Visible*
  • Photo or screenshot of PROOF OF PURCHASE i.e. Receipt or Bank Statement
  • Email through to sales@onsidesports.com.au Once all completely fully and no missing information - You will receive a reply within 48/72 hours (Working hours i.e. Monday-Friday)

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

  • Product must be in original condition. It cannot be used or worn for trial/training. If it has been used, it will be void of return.
  • Product must be in original packaging. Shoes must be returned in original box with no markings on it/Clothing must have tags on it.
  • Freight is at cost of customer for returns and for delivery.
  • For Bulky items i.e. Goals, Bulk ordering and restocking fee will be charged when we receive the goods back.
  • Goods must be returned within10 days from Purchase date for exchanges

Once approved you can send the goods to 22 Enterprise Crescent Malaga WA 6090 
Please write make a note in the parcel what you would like to do with the items. Or your order number i.e. #XXXX so we can link it to your order.

Club Gear/Customised

  • All Club gear takes up to 3 weeks for completion
  • We cannot exchange the product with your club logo on it as it has been customised to you. If you ordered wrong, you would need to purchase another one or speak to your club
  • We do not hold club gear on hand with the logo - it all gets customised when you order it.
